Ravola, a TraqField company
Terms of service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms are the agreement between your business and TraqField, Inc., Pasadena, California ("we", "us") for the use of Ravola. By creating a workspace or using Ravola, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
The service
Ravola is an AI receptionist for businesses. It answers your calls, asks the questions you set up, books appointments or sends your booking link, takes messages, transfers calls and sends summaries, and gives you a dashboard to manage it. Ravola is for business use. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
AI limits and emergencies
Ravola uses AI and can make mistakes. It may misunderstand a caller, give an incomplete answer or miss a detail. Review summaries and follow up on anything important.
Ravola is not an emergency service. It cannot contact 911 or emergency responders. Urgent flags help you notice calls sooner, but they are not a guarantee that a call will be flagged or seen in time. Tell callers to call 911 in an emergency, and do not rely on Ravola where a missed or delayed call could put someone at risk.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us right away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and what they do in it.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each plan includes a set number of call minutes per month.
- If you use more minutes than your plan includes, extra minutes are billed at your plan's per-minute rate for that month.
- One business phone number is included. Additional numbers are $10 a month each.
- There is no free plan or free trial.
- We may change prices. We will tell you before a change applies to your plan, and it takes effect from your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend the service until the account is paid.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and the service continues until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires. Phone numbers we provided may be released after cancellation; if you want to keep a number, tell us before you cancel.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the laws that apply to your calls, including call recording and consent laws, and telemarketing rules for any follow-up campaigns you run.
- Give Ravola accurate information about your business. It answers callers from what you provide.
- Do not use Ravola for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the service or other customers.
Your data
You own the information you put into Ravola and the call records it creates for your business. You allow us to use that information only to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export your calls, leads, appointments, messages and tasks at any time.
Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Ravola available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Ravola depends on telephone, AI and other providers outside our control. We may improve or change features over time, and will tell you in advance about changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.
Liability
Ravola is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or missed calls.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Ravola is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of how you used Ravola in breach of these terms or the law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other customers or callers at risk, or is not paid. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top, and email account owners about significant changes before they take effect. If you keep using Ravola after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before either of us files a claim, we will try to resolve the dispute informally for 90 days. Any dispute that is not resolved will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
